Harissa Chicken with roasted tomatoes and olives
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 tsp harissa paste (subsitute with Siracha with a teaspoon of cumin)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
250g pack cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup of mixed olives.
